Shipping 
All orders, except Cricket and Live Worm orders, are processed for shipping Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.  Cricket and Live Worm orders are processed for shipping Monday through Wednesday 9:00 AM to 12 Noon EST.  Orders received after 12:00 noon will not ship until the following business day. All orders, except cricket and Live Worm orders, received on Saturday or Sunday cannot be shipped until Monday.  Cricket and Live Worm orders received after Wednesday at noon will be processed the following Monday.  Most regular orders, excluding crickets and Live Worms, are shipped within 48 hours.  If we cannot ship your regular order, excluding crickets and Live Worms, within 48 hours you will be notified by phone or e-mail.
 
We ship either by USPS or DHL depending upon the size, weight and destination of the product. If any of the items that you order are on back-order, you will be notified by phone or e-mail.  You can always cancel if you cannot wait for a backorder.  We can also ship partial orders if you request but reserve the right to split small orders for one shipping price.  Orders shipped to more than one address will be charged an additional fee for each address.
 
Shipping charges are based on table rate from USPS or DHL and will be shipped accordingly.
Returns Policy
For items purchased on AllintoFishing.com, you can always expect great service.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, prior authorization is required for all returns  to AllintoFishing.com. We will exchange nondefective products or offer you a refund based on your method of payment.  All nondefective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging, etc. and be resalable as new.  Returns to AllintoFishing.com of nondefective merchandise after 30 days from the invoice date from AllintoFishing.com to the purchaser are subject to 15% restocking fee.  AllintoFishing.com is not a warranty repair station.  All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 15 days.  Please contact us for manufacturer return information.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
Some items cannot be returned if opened.  No item can be returned if used.
 
Procedures to follow:
 
1.  Box up the item and include all packaging/accessories.
2.  Enclose the original packing receipt and an explanation for the return including authorization number for return.
3.  Ship your package to:  AllintoFishing.com, 116 Heatherstone Ct., Benson, NC 27504.
 
If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive your replacement item within 10 business days after we recieve your return, provided the item is in stock.  If you are requesting a refund, your credit card account will be credited within 2 business days after we receive your return.
